Property Manager, Los Angeles
This position is to be a property manager of one single-family home in Beverly Hills that is rented to a family.

The role is mostly passive, but requires being a quick-to-respond point of contact for any questions or issues that arise. For example, if an issue with plumbing or electrical arises, you will coordinate on-site visits with technicians, understand the problem, help to determine the best course of action, then oversee that the work is completed with quality and timeliness.

You will be paid a $125 monthly retainer, and when issues arise, you will be compensated $25/hour as you manage the problem. 

This is a good entry (and resume) point to construction management and customer/client management. Also should be a fun side-gig.

Requirements

• Responsible and organized

• Friendly, respectful, and kind to everyone 

• Clear communication (setting expectations and keeping to promises)

• Speaks Spanish (preferred)

• Has a car (preferred, not required)

• Above 3.0 GPA
